A decade ago, I had severe insomnia. This woman saved my sleep, and forever helped me. I wanted to lucid dream and also sleep well last night, and remembered her videos. I'm so glad she left her videos up, even though she hasn't posted in years. Wherever you are, Jody, we hope you are doing well. 💓

This works. Not every single time, but I’ve pulled it off with these videos. It’s a peculiar experience, lucid dreaming. Not for everyone I think.

Tried this for the first time last night. It worked for dream recall and partial lucidity. I was aware that I was dreaming and could interact with and control things to a point, but it was not the same thing as full blown "this is just as real as waking reality" lucidity. Still, a fun experience, and something I will continue to use.

Hi Jody, I just want to say thank you for this recording. At my darkest points when I was in too much pain to fall asleep I would cry myself to sleep listening to this on repeat hoping that things would get better someday. That day has come and I cannot express how grateful I am to you for being a comfort to you during my lowest points. I am no longer depressed, but i still come back to this video anytime sleep is hard, and let the familiar words send me off to sleep. Words cannot express how much you've helped me. When I was lost and alone you helped me find myself again. I am eternally grateful.

Okay all you I have adhd, and sleeping problem I don’t make it to 800 so this works it will work for a week till I get use to it then it will be normal again sleeping problems 😂😂

Just read a few reviews of people saying they have been coming back to this video 8 years later. That is enspiring, it is hard to find a good hypnosis and if people are still listening 8 years later. Im excited to fall asleep to this.

Ive come back to this particular video, and your voice/channel specifically, for so many years so thank you, sincerely, for every single night you've helped me relax enough to sleep. Your videos have meant so much and here i am again, when other videos recommended to me just aren't working and i know yours will 💚

Can't stand the fake voice

Hi I’m in my dream with Albert Einstein, he found a way to connect through space and time into the real world through a computer I spawned in, I’ll ask him if he can set up multiplayer dlc update 👌🫡

Oh my god this drive me mad. I was dreaming about other things and it seemed this woman was talking to me and repeating as if I was stupid. I was trying to ask someone a question in my dream and this woman was asking me over and over again something totally irellevent. I woke up so frustrated. I was trying to say one thing to somebody and this woman kept misquoting me and repeating back to me what she thought I was trying to say. Woke up so angry and frustrated as she wound me up so much interrupting my dreams. I was paralysed with my speech and couldn’t tell her ‘no I didn’t say that etc’ and stop misquoting me. I don’t think this will work when I’m bloody battling her in my dreams from her not understanding and misquoting me. Glad I woke up as the most anxious frustrating dream and she didn’t shut up. This was supposed to be helping
